Registration is now open for the 2026 Building Thinking Classrooms Conference, hosted by Partners for Educational Leadership, in New Haven, CT.
Join us for a dynamic conference experience centered on Building Thinking Classrooms (BTC) and what it takes to bring deep, equitable student thinking to life across grade levels and content areas. Sessions will explore practical strategies for implementing and scaling BTC, designing and thin-slicing rich tasks, strengthening consolidation and assessment practices, and integrating curriculum resources, technology, and AI to enhance instruction. Dedicated strands will focus on leadership and coaching for sustainable change, MTSS and intervention, multilingual and neurodivergent learner support, and cultivating student voice, identity, belonging, and joyful, collaborative classroom communities.
Whether you’re a classroom teacher, instructional coach, or school or district leader, you’ll leave with actionable tools and renewed inspiration to build cultures where all students thrive as thinkers.

Pre-Conference: June 28, 2026
You do not need to attend the main conference to register for the pre-conference sessions.
