Q: How much does registration cost?
A: The cost for the main conference (June 29-30, 2026) will be $585 per person. Pre-conference (June 28) will be $275 per person.

Q:  Can I register for pre-conference if I'm not attending the main conference?
A: Yes! 

Q: Can we register as a group?
A: We kindly ask that each attendee complete their own individual registration. This allows us to collect important details — such as dietary requirements and emergency contact information — to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience.

Q: Are there discounts for presenters?
A: Lead presenters receive a 40% discount on their main conference registration.

Q: Do you have a W-9 form so I can pay by Purchase Order?
A: Our W-9 can be downloaded here.

Q: What is the cancellation and payment policy?
A: Credit cards (preferred) & check payments available. If we do not receive payment by May 15, 2026, your registration will be cancelled, and your spot will be offered to someone else. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 15, 2026. Registrations may be transferred after that date.

Q: Do you have a hotel room block?
A: Yes, we have several!
