I hope participants leave with a few concrete ideas for how to create the time, structures, and culture needed to support BTC across departments. They’ll experience some of the same routines our teachers used and see how we built shared practices across content areas. My goal is that everyone walks out with one actionable leadership move they can try in their own school.
