Jared began his teaching career in Madrid, Spain, and returned to the U.S. to spend 10 years with Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia. For the past seven years, he has taught in the Colonial School District. Over the course of his career, he’s primarily taught 2nd and 4th grades. Three years ago, Jared started BTC and hasn’t looked back. He knows the importance of classroom community and belonging, therefore he always makes time for Morning Meeting and Read Aloud.
