About me
Courtney is currently the Director at Keep Indiana Learning, the professional learning department of the CIESC in Indianapolis, IN. Prior to joining KINL in 2021, Courtney spent 17 years working in traditional public, private, and public charter schools in Indiana, New York City, and Wisconsin. She has been a classroom teacher in grades 1-6 and 7th and 8th grade mathematics. As well, she has worked as an instructional coach, administrator and taught elementary math methods at Indiana University - Indianapolis for seven years. Courtney has an M.A. in Educational Policy and Politics and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Teachers College at Columbia University. Currently, she is working to complete her PhD from Indiana University in Mathematics Education.
