The participants in this session will have access and take away a set of model lesson plans that they may wish to apply in their own schools. This includes but is not limited to Lauren and Jo’s favorite thinking tasks/stations, digital experiences, interactive lesson designs, individual conferencing, and formative and summative assessments that have helped these two reading specialists build and utilize ELA assessment instruments that can be used to set rigorous goals for intervention students.
